Vieve Sunset Blush Balm in Malbec

I can get behind maximising on summer, but I also like to keep an eye on the season ahead. Vieve has just launched two new shades to its Sunset Blush Balm line-up and Malbec is the most beautiful transitional burgundy. Blended into cheeks, it gives the prettiest sun-soaked flush for right now, but it has cosy girl vibes written all over it, ready for when autumn hits. I love the longevity.

Merit Clean Volume Mascara

Being honest, it took me a second to get on board with this mascara. I’m a volume girl – I like a large bristle brush to coax as much length and thickness out of my lashes as I can. This is not that. The dinky comb majors on definition so that each lash is individually coated (it’s great for the baby lashes on the bottom, too). Crucially, it builds really well. One layer is good, two-or-three layers looks phenomenal. I will say, it takes a little more time to layer it up than those jumbo wands, but it’s worth it.

Olaplex No.7 Shine Serum Oil Mist

Our hair goes through it in summer. Mine is feeling frazzed, but Olaplex has timed its latest launch perfectly. The Olaplex No.7 Shine Serum Oil Mist literally does what it says on the bottle. It gives the hydration of a serum, the sheen of an oil and the breeziness of a mist (it doesn’t weigh hair down) which makes it so much easier to use and means you can use it on dry hair to refresh or rehydrate. It gives heat protection of up to 232ºC which just above covers this heatwave, and it even helps reduce breakage thanks to the bond-builders infused throughout. It smells yum and leaves hair looking healthier, shinier and restored post-sunshine.

Jones Road Bright Skin Illuminating Drops

This gives the glowiest, sheeniest, juiciest glazed skin – I’m actually mesmerised every time I massage it across my shoulders and chest or blend it onto my entire face. I have dry skin so I’m forever chasing glow and this is like applying a golden hour filter straight onto my skin. I just loooooooove it. You can mix it into your body or face moisturiser, or apply it directly onto skin. I personally dot it straight onto my face on a good skin day, then go in with tactical concealer on top. When I want more coverage, I mix a pump into my foundation and bask. It comes in six pretty shades to suit all skin tones, Champagne and Golden Beige are my jam.
