Using Tips:
1. How to Remove:
Grip the brush head firmly, then push and twist it counter-clockwise., pull the brush head away from the handle.
2. How to Attach:
Align the brush head with the position of the snap, push down and twist the head clockwise until hear a snap, press the middle part all the way down to make sure corrct installation, now it’s working.
3.Follow the Troubleshooting Steps Below to Resolve the Issue:
**Check 1: Make sure the device was Clarisonic brand Mia 1, Mia 2, Mia Fit, Alpha Fit, Smart Profile Uplift(produced after 2019), rather than other brand.
**Check 2: Inspect the brush head was installed correctly, if not work or there is noise during work, please re-install it, push down and twist the head clockwise keep pushing the central of the brush head until hear a snap to ensure correct installation.
4. NOTIFICATION:
The facial cleansing brush only vibrate in the middle part not spin.
