Princess Eugenie Bans Prince Andrew & Sarah Ferguson from Delivery Room
Princess Eugenie is preparing to welcome her third child with husband Jack Brooksbank, but it seems there’s major drama brewing with her parents.
Eugenie’s third pregnancy comes at a particularly tough time for her family, as former Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson are facing renewed scrutiny regarding their close connections to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In October 2025, King Charles stripped Andrew of his royal titles, and since then, Andrew has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office and evicted from the Royal Lodge. Meanwhile, Fergie’s reportedly gone into hiding in the Austrian Alps.
In the midst of the controversy, Eugenie—who shares sons August and Ernest with Brooksbank—has reportedly banned the former Duke and Duchess of York from the hospital. “Eugenie’s number one priority is having this baby with the absolute minimum of fuss,” a source told the National Examiner in July 2026. “She doesn’t want the hospital turning into a circus and she’s made that very clear.”

As expected, Andrew and Fergie are furious with Eugenie’s decision. “Andrew is fuming and taking it as a personal insult,” the insider explained. “He doesn’t seem to care that if he’s there it will become the main focus, which is the last thing Eugenie wants.”
“And the same goes for Fergie. She’s pleading with Eugenie to reconsider because she desperately wants to be there to welcome her new grandchild into the world,” they added.
Eugenie is apparently having a tough time sticking to the plan, but Brooksbank is encouraging her to stand her ground. “Jack’s been encouraging Eugenie to stick to her guns but of course, it’s very difficult because she hates upsetting her parents,” the source said. “The hope is Sarah might quietly be allowed to sneak in at some point, but Andrew has been told he has to stay away.”
“Giving birth is already hard enough,” they continued. “The last thing she needs is to be worrying about the fallout that will inevitably happen if he shows up.”
