There’s something to be said for a nostalgia campaign done right. They’re everywhere these days, but few truly make an impact. Bath & Body Works, however, nailed it by tapping Hilary Duff as the face of its new Fruit Fusion collection. The campaign launched on July 6, 2026, just in time for fans to stock up on fresh, fun, fruit-forward body care that’ll take them back to summertime in the early 2000s. As if this collection couldn’t get any better, some of the new products are on sale (freebie alert!) as we speak. Here’s the scoop on the Fruit Fusion line, including my honest review of the scents and products.

The Scents

The Fruit Fusion collection welcomes four new and original scents to the Bath & Body Works fam.

• Watermelon Whirl (sugared watermelon, fresh juice, soft musk)
• Tangerine Twirl (bright tangerine, juicy citrus, solar burst)
• Berry Bliss (sweet berry, tart pomegranate, sheer woods)
• Banana Blend (whipped banana, smooth vanilla, radiant amber)

I had the pleasure of smelling all of them in store today and love that there’s something for everyone in these fragrances. If you prefer sweeter aromas, I’d suggest Watermelon Whirl. For the citrus lovers, Tangerine Twirl (my personal fave) is your guy. If you gravitate towards berry scents, but tart rather than cloying ones, give Berry Bliss a go. Last but not least, Banana Blend, which centers around one of the most popular fruity aromas right now.

Upon first sniff, each of the four scent additions reminded me of something from childhood. Watermelon Whirl took me back to the Trident watermelon gum I’d buy at summer camp, Berry Bliss brought up memories of a purple-tubed Blistex Fruit Smoothies chapstick that I loved dearly, and Banana Blend immediately made me think of the banana Laffy Taffy I’d collect every Halloween. I recognize bits of Tangerine Twirl, but can’t put my finger on it, which is interesting because it’s my favorite of the bunch. It’s definitely a blast from the past scent, as well.

You’ll notice all the usual suspects, such as the Body Lotion, Perfume Mist (great for layering, BTW!), and Smooth & Soothe Body Cream, which left my hands incredibly soft when I tried it in the store. These products go way beyond yummy scents—they also boast tons of skincare benefits.

Brand new to Bath & Body Works’ portfolio is the PocketSpray Hand Sanitizer, which I picked up multiples of because of its size (and scents, of course). I love its compact, rectangular, slim shape (I really think it might be the skinnest of its kind that I’ve seen). Another fresh formula launch is the Moisturizing Body Wash. I can’t wait to try this lather because it claims to deliver all-day moisture after a single wash.

In terms of cute packaging, the Perfume Mists and their travel-size companions are must-buys because they have tiny charms on the caps. The same goes for the Lip Oils. Each one comes with an adorable charm hanging from it, and the packaging itself is so cute and small that it makes the product look like a bag charm on its own. Okay, final shoutout, I swear: the Coin Purses. Each fruit has one and can help add a playful touch to your bag. It will literally become your favorite accessory’s favorite accessory.

Whether you’re shopping for yourself or a loved one (or, ideally, both!), the brand-new Fruit Fusion line is one you don’t want to get FOMO from.
