Ariana Madix Responds to Nic & Olandria’s Jordyn Woods Wedding Photos
Just weeks after announcing their breakup, Love Island USA Season 7 breakout stars Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe were spotted hanging out again. The former couple was photographed sitting next to each other at New York Knicks center Karl-Anthony Towns’ wedding to model Jordyn Woods in Malibu on Saturday, Aug. 15, 2026.
So, what’s going on? Is everyone’s favorite Love Island USA couple giving their relationship a second chance? We’re not sure, but Love Island USA host Ariana Madix recently sat down with StyleCaster and discussed Nicolandria’s recent reunion.
“What’s going on with them? What is going on with them?” the Emmy-nominated host wondered with a smile. “I just saw some pictures of them together at a wedding. Obviously, we don’t know if they went as friends or if they’re back on. I am dying to find out, just like everybody else, because I love them.”

However, Madix pointed out that “if they’re happier apart, I don’t want to put pressure or put anything out there that’s weird.” She added, “They should not feel pressure from someone like me or anybody else.”
“Even if they’re there just as friends, I like to see that they’re on good terms, too,” she said.
Shortly after the Nicolandria wedding photos went viral on social media, Nic spoke with OK! and briefly opened up about their joint appearance. When asked if he was “single” or “back together” with Olandria, he teased, “I would love to tell you guys, but I’m going to keep that private for now. We did enjoy ourselves tremendously at Karl and Jordyn’s wedding last night. It was amazing.”
He then offered advice to those experiencing heartbreak: “Things will always get better. It’s rock bottom, but it’s about the climb.”
Nic also confirmed that he can “absolutely” be friends with an ex. “If you end healthily, it’s cool,” he told the outlet. “Sometimes it’s better to maybe not be friends, but in my case, yes. We ended on a good note.”
