Are Kenzie & Dylan Still Together from Love Island USA Season 8?
Kenzie Annis had quite the eventful experience on Love Island USA Season 8, exploring connections with multiple guys before forming a deep connection with Casa Amor bombshell Dylan Wrona.
While it’s clear they have strong feelings for each other, their relationship hasn’t been without challenges. Dylan wasn’t too pleased with Kenzie’s behavior before and after his arrival, but once she apologized, they managed to move past it.
The two were ultimately eliminated in the penultimate episoe before the Season 8 finale, along with KC and Titi, following a vote from America. But the question remains: Can they make it last in the outside world? Here’s everything you need to know, including whether Kenzie and Dylan are still together.
Are Kenzie and Dylan from Love Island USA still together?
Because filming for Love Island USA happens in real time, Kenzie and Dylan are probably still together.
Kenzie’s family seems to support their romance, as her parents recently spoke with TMZ and revealed they’re “excited” about Kenzie and Dylan’s relationship. They also mentioned that they “hope to meet him at home in Georgia.”
Still, there’s ongoing speculation among fans that Dylan’s trust issues with Kenzie might lead them to break up sooner rather than later. A lot of viewers are hung up on Dylan’s uncertainty about whether Kenzie truly likes him, especially after she secretly kissed Gal while coupled up with Dylan.
Not only that, but Kenzie and Dylan live on opposite sides of the country. Kenzie lives in Georgia, while Dylan is based in Los Angeles. It’s possible one of them might move closer to the other, or they could try a long-distance relationship like Season 7 runner-ups Nic Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen, aka “Nicolandria.”

Nic previously opened up about the challenges of long-distance: “She’s in Houston, so it’s only two-and-a-half hours away, but at the same time, it’s like … she is never in Houston, and I’m never in Florida,” he explained on Beyond the Villa (for context, Nic lives in Jacksonville). “It’s rough. I mean, I’m in a club [DJing] probably Wednesday through Saturday, and she’s 99 percent doing a shoot throughout the week or whatever.”
However, he and Olandria do make time to be together. “But honestly, our schedules have been aligning up pretty nicely,” he said at the time. “She coincidentally was in LA yesterday, so we got dinner, chilled, kicked it. Just pray that it aligns.”
