Taylor Swift Wedding NDA Update After Guests Snuck in Phone
Weddings are supposed to be a big, fun celebration—but for couples like Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, it can be quite the headache.
On July 5, Hollywood insider Rob Shuter reported that Swift and Kelce are having to keep a close eye on guests who are “not respecting” the strict NDA they sent out ahead of their high-profile ceremony at Madison Square Garden. Sources told Shuter that the couple and their respective teams are “carefully monitoring media reports, social media posts, and online chatter to identify any guests who violate the event’s non-disclosure agreement.”
“They’re reading everything,” one source told Naughty But Nice. “They’re watching Instagram, TikTok, X, and every news story that appears. They know exactly who is talking and who isn’t.”

However, if anyone violates the NDA and shares details about the multi-day event, Swift is unlikely to take legal action. “Nobody expects Taylor to start filing lawsuits,” one insider explained. “That’s not the point. The point is knowing who can be trusted.”
Instead, anyone who breaks the NDA will face a different, arguably harsher punishment: being cut out of Swift’s inner circle. “If you leak details from Taylor’s wedding, don’t expect another invitation,” another source added. “You won’t be doing business with Taylor again. Trust is everything to her, and once it’s broken, it’s almost impossible to rebuild.”
“People think the biggest risk is getting sued,” the insider continued. “It’s not. The real penalty is losing Taylor’s trust forever.”
Shuter’s report comes amid claims that multiple individuals were kicked out of Swift and Kelce’s wedding. According to Page Six, at least four people hired by Swift’s wedding team allegedly got in trouble for “taking pictures” while setting up MSG before the rehearsal dinner on Thursday, July 2. A source from MSG disputes this, stating that no such incident occurred.
On Saturday, July 4, actor Josh Charles—who starred in Swift’s “Fortnight” music video—and his wife, Sophie, took to social media and playfully referenced Swift and Kelce’s strict no-phone policy. “Snuck a phone into MSG,” Sophie captioned an Instagram video that featured a gold flip phone pendant from Mad Fine, the jewelry company she founded.
